Jyesa toys

Started in 1925 when Luis Ferrando, a former Paya employee together with Antonio González, José San Juan and Manuel Picó founded a toy company first named 'González y Cía.', two years later when A. González joined them: 'San Juán y Cía.' and later 'Picó y Cía'.

In 1936, together with Jose Bernabeu, Peydró Francisco and Enrique Guillen, they created a new company: 'Juguetes y Estuches Sociedad Anónima (Jyesa)'.

In 1936 the new factory produces cases for syringes, flashlights and toys but it was not until after the period of the Spanish Civil War that the company started producing more toys.

Jyesa made high quality toys, and were competitive with other toy factories that existed in the town of Ibi like Paya and Rico.

Ceased production in 1980.

Just bought large JYE Police Helicopter (boxed ) Any ideas on value ? Not for sale, and will go into my aeronautical collection.

Thanks in anticipation.
I've seen one without box for around 30 GBP, so maybe yours around 50-70.
